Another creature of Spazio Progress is CASA MIA, the first real estate fair in our territory addressed to the final consumers, the private citizens, as to say those who need to buy or rent a new home.

The first edition takes place in 2007, in exhibition centre of Villa Erba (Cernobbio – Co) and it’s immediately a success. The fair, an annual event, has become now an official appointment and has obtained general approval , both from visitors and from professionals: CASA MIA is also an important opportunity for a confrontation between real estate, construction and financing operators, through seminars and debates. Anyway, it’s going to improve more and more for its 3rd edition in September 2009
